No. All design and production deposits are non-refundable, as they reserve your place in our production schedule and allow us to begin sourcing materials and developing your design.

Can I return or exchange my order?
 

Ready-to-ship pieces may be returned or exchanged within 3 days of delivery. Please contact us within this period to arrange your return or exchange.
As each custom and made-to-order design is created specifically for the individual client, bespoke pieces are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund. If you have any concerns upon receiving your order, please contact us and we will be happy to assist.
