Refund policy

+Cancellations within 24 hours of payment will be refunded in full, after the first 24 hours, only 50% refund will be issued, as we will have already purchased materials and started working on your items.
+Exchanges or returns are acceptable within 3 days of receipt of ready to ship only. You will need to contact me within that time and workout an exchange, or let me know you wish to return. Unfortunately, we don’t accept refunds or exchanges on custom work because each item is made with your measurements and specifications. Thank you for your understanding.
+All deposits are non-refundable, no exceptions.
+All sample sales are final. No refunds, exchanges, or cancellations.
