Every garment is carefully inspected, steamed, and packaged before shipment. Due to travel and transit, light steaming may be required upon arrival.
Do you offer alterations?
Because most of our clients are located around the world, alterations are not included. We recommend working with a trusted local tailor for any final adjustments after receiving your garment.
What if my order arrives damaged?
In the rare event that your order arrives damaged during transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photographs of the packaging and garment so we may assist you promptly.
