Shipping & Delivery
Every Dream Dresses by PMN creation is thoughtfully crafted to order by our artisans and production team. As each piece is created specifically for its wearer, production timelines vary depending on design complexity, craftsmanship, and seasonal demand.
Production Timeline
- Accessories: 4–8 weeks
- Mini Couture: 6–10 weeks
- Bridal & Couture Dresses: 3–6 months
If you have a specific event date, we encourage you to contact us prior to placing your order. Rush production may be available for select designs, subject to availability and an additional fee.
Shipping
Once your piece is completed, it will be carefully packaged and shipped through one of our trusted international carriers, including DHL, FedEx, UPS, TNT, or USPS.
Estimated Shipping Time
- Standard International Shipping: 8-15 business days
- Express Shipping: 4-7 business days
Shipping timelines are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, weather conditions, or carrier delays beyond our control.
Shipping Insurance
Shipping insurance is not included with standard delivery services. Clients wishing to insure their shipment may request additional coverage prior to dispatch.
International Orders
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, customs fees, and other charges imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in the purchase price and remain the responsibility of the recipient.
As customs clearance procedures vary by country, we recommend placing your order well in advance of your wedding or special occasion.
Orders, Cancellations & Modifications
Every Dream Dresses by PMN piece is made to order and created exclusively for its intended wearer.
Cancellations
Orders cancelled within 24 hours of purchase are eligible for a full refund.
After 24 hours, a partial refund of 50% may be issued, as materials may have already been sourced and production preparations initiated.
All deposits are strictly non-refundable.
Design Modifications
Once a design has been approved and production has commenced, any requested revisions, design changes, or additional customizations may incur additional charges and extend the production timeline.
Design Revision Fee: $100 per hour
Returns & Exchanges
Due to the bespoke and made-to-order nature of our work, we are unable to accept returns, refunds, or exchanges on custom, personalized, or made-to-order pieces.
Each garment is individually created according to the measurements, specifications, and design selections provided at the time of purchase.
All sales are final.
Measurements & Fit
A couture fit traditionally requires multiple in-person fittings. As our clients are located around the world, we rely on the measurements submitted at the time of order.

While our team takes great care to achieve the most accurate fit possible, minor alterations may occasionally be required upon receipt. Any post-delivery alterations performed locally remain the responsibility of the client.
