At Dream Dresses by PMN, each design is thoughtfully created and meticulously crafted. We kindly ask that clients review the following policies before placing an order.

Cancellations
Orders canceled within 24 hours of purchase are eligible for a full refund. After 24 hours, a 50% refund may be issued, as materials may have been sourced and work on the order may have already commenced.

Returns & Exchanges
Ready-to-ship pieces may be returned or exchanged within 3 days of delivery. To arrange a return or exchange, please contact us within this period.

As all bespoke, custom, and made-to-order pieces are created specifically for each client, these items are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.

Deposits
All deposits are non-refundable and reserve your place within our design and production schedule.

Sample Sale Pieces
All sample sale purchases are final and are not eligible for return, exchange, cancellation, or refund.
